Mike comes faithfully weekly and our pool always looks beautiful.  He knows his chemicals!    And he adds a "magic" touch that makes it sparkle......

After draining and refilling the pool and adding that conditioners etc. that needed to clear the Algae, I now have a sparkling clean pool again and have hired Mike to do my monthly pool service. I have been very satisfied with his service since May, he is very professional, shows up on time each week and all work is done to a satisfactory manner. I was very impressed with Mike's honesty and knowledge of cool service. To me he is a specialist in his field and knows exactly what he's doing.

So far, so good. Need much more time to evaluate.

The main aspect I want to focus on is Michael's honesty.  My prior pool service provider was a certified Pentair product specialist (referred to by their website), but when they were unable to fix a year old suction side pool cleaner by Pentair after 7 months of service, I decided to look elsewhere.
When Michael arrived, obviously he wanted new business, but when I explained to him my first concern was with the cleaner, he did not misrepresent or lie.  He was honest that his knowledge of this specific cleaner was limited and he wouldn't be able to fix it.  He did say he could reach into his network and find someone who could.  I then asked him for cleaner he recommended and could service, provided I chose him for service.  He provided some guidance and then I did my research.
The cleaner he did recommend is extremely highly rated in several online pool forums.  He wasn't trying to sell me a product, but just provided honest guidance.  I asked him if he would be able to procure me one, and he did, at a price much cheaper than available online, including amazon.com and other web based pool supply vendors.
He has been servicing my pool and so far so good.  
The times I have called him, he has been extremely responsive.  He arrives on time, and does what he says he's going to do.  He's a straight shooter, and I appreciate that.
The pool has been getting a lot of use lately.

Mike has been taking care of our new pool over several months now.  He shows up on time and completes his job in a professional manner.  We have not had a complaint of any kind.... our dog actually looks forward to seeing him weekly and he greets her by name as well....
Our next door neighbors have large trees and the leaves can make a real mess out of our pool but he continues to clean things up making the pool look like new again. 
Mike is ready for advice on any questions regarding the maintenance or tools for the pool and takes pride in his work! He has also assisted in ordering things need for the maintenance at a discounted rate.

My husband felt confident with him and am looking forward to seeing how things go over the next month

He arrived on time.  His prices were fair.  He did a good job cleaning
my sandy and dirty spa.  He then instructed me on items to buy to keep
my spa clean.

I was referred by a neighbor who gets their pool serviced by Surf City. Their response time was super fast and they did an amazing job, crystal clear water. I would highly recommend them.
