Pretty good. The installers showed up without one of the doors and had to wait around almost all day for someone to bring it out to them. Also forgot the keylock and screen and had to reorder those.

I had a mixed experience. Tom came out the next day when I called to get a quote, even though it was Memorial Day weekend. He told me that they would call me within the next week to come out & take exact measurements, and that the windows would take 3-4 weeks from Memorial Day Weekend to be installed. I waited a week, and they didn't call, so I had to call them. Then it took 5 weeks, not 3-4, for them to come out and install. The windows they brought were not what I had ordered. I had ordered a grid of 4 squares per window, and what they had done was 9 squares per window. However, they still looked nice and I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks, so I had them installed. They do look good, and are very good quality. The installers were very friendly and knew their business. They installed all the windows in one day. I would hire again only if I wasn't in any hurry.

THE DAY I CALLED, THE OWNER MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. I BELIEVE IT WAS VETERAN'S DAY, SO I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT AND MEASURE MY WINDOWS AND GIVE ME A QUOTE ON A HOLIDAY. I GAVE A DEPOSIT AND WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS MY WINDOWS WERE IN. IT WAS QUICK AND EASY. THEY SENT ME A THANK YOU CARD AND I HAVE REFERRED BUSINESS TO THEM.
