They are very nice and helpful. The materials I got were average for the industry but they have very high end tiles. If I walk in and look they have high end stuff, gorgeous to die for. They have average tiles too. In the warehouse they are punctual but in the store if I need help I need to go to the desk and somebody will help me.

The experience went fine. Their customer service was great and the selection was good as well. The quality of the product is fine, but we haven't finished with the remodeling yet.

I love it there because they assist me with my questions. It's a place that has a lot of choices, a great price range and the harder to find tiles. The person that I've most dealt with is Denise, and she's very helpful and very patient. The other sales representatives that I've come in contact with I appreciate for their patience in letting me browse the show-room and take my time. They've been helpful.

r A person can be easily overwhelmed when walking into a stone and ceramic tile store. There are so many different choices and reasons behind each choice. Donna Ley, our designer, has a happy, calm and enthusiatic manner in working with a customer. She listened to what we want to do and what we thought we wanted to do. Donna started introducing us to different tiles and stones and watched our reactions to each selection. By working with our wishes, dreams and requirements and incorporating our reactions, Donna worked with us to create the bathroom look that one could only dream of.
SC Surfaces has a wealth of choices for people to choose from.
The homey-feel of the show room allows you to relax and choose the tile or stone.
I can't wait to see what everything will look like once it's installed.

I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH MIKE FAAS THE OWNER. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME. THE ORDERING, INSTALLATION, AND FINISHED PROJECT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!
