Shannon and his assistant arrived on time and quickly organized the equipment and cabling for the installation of the video surveillance system.  Some of the cables were routed through the attic, and some on the outside of the house.  Cameras were attached and properly focused.  All cabling was terminated in our garage where the digital video recorder is located.  Cables were very professionally installed and the work area was kept clean during the process.  I will be using Shannon's services again.

I had a problem with multiple circuits in the house simultaneously going on and off.  I couldn't figure out what the root cause of the problem was as all the circuit breakers seemed to be working properly.  He was the second electrician I had out to the house.He did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue which was identified as the receptacle to the SCE Edison Smart meter.  Once identified, he located a refurbished part which I picked up 20 miles away.  He then installed it after I had the electric company (SCE) turn off the power coming into the house.
I don't know how much this should cost but I made the mistake of not getting a quote prior to him completing the work - labor only cost was $370 - I thought that was a bit high.
The work was excellent, but I would have him give me a quote next time before performing any work .

He is always on time and finishes the job in a timely fashion. He is also very helpful with giving suggestions on layout and products to use in each job. We will 100% use Shannon again in the future.
