Austin arrived and was instantly extremely helpful with looking at my roof to help find the leak that was causing a stain in the ceiling. He provided a temporary roof repair with patching, while also providing me with an inspection report with a better long-term fix and the best route to take for that fix. He also went above and beyond by looking at the rest of the roof surface away from the leak to see if there could be any trouble spots.

Iâ m very happy we went with Solar Panel Option for our roof inspection. Austin contacted us promptly, was able to get out to inspect our roof the next day, and he was very professional. understanding, knowledgeable, and got us the report we needed quickly. I highly recommend this company!

They arrived without any tools to do the work and had to use the tools that we had. My son came over to look at the work because we were an age we could not climb up the ladder so look. He had them go back up three times to finish the job because they were not doing it correctly. Thank goodness my son was here or we would have been a very dissatisfied customer. They were very good about going back up and doing the work that he told him he needed to be done. They are just a young company starting out and need to get some experience.

Love the attitude and passion they have in their job. I have never been more satisfied with the experience from a company. My roof was leaking and they are the best and came out right away.
