Everything went great.  They did a great job in the time they indicated.  The cost was $100 less than the estimate!

I've used SkillCraft several times for accident repairs covered by Insurance. They have always been professional, and completed work as scheduled, although once there was a delay because of a part they needed. They are professional and arranged for rental car, etc. The issue I have though is with quality. One car had been in two accidents a few years apart. When in the shop for the 2nd accident, they indicated that the car was in need of some frame repair, but that it wasn't a result of the 2nd accident, but had been improperly repaired in the past. We pointed out to them that the only prior repairs to the vehicle had been done by SkillCraft ! They disputed it, because they 'didn't have a record of it in their computer', and we had to escalate to the owner and produce the old repair records before the admitted their mistake (and bad repair).. and fixed it without charging the insurance company.
The 2nd car that I have had repaired there was done OK, but had an obviously misaligned door when I went to pick it up. They were able to fix it in about 15 minutes, but it left me wondering if repairs that were done that are not visible were done the way they should be. It was a 4x4, and had frame work done after being rear ended. It never did drive quite the same, even though they provided printouts from the frame machine showing the corrections.
.My confidence and trust in this shop is now suspect. With so many choices in the area, I will try somewhere else next time.

Skill Craft Body Shop Inc give good service and they do it well and if you have any problems, they do it for you. I have been going there for years. They always take care of things promptly and efficiently. Their prices are competitive.
