Nearly two years later, the roof still looks great and is leak-free, which is fantastic! We've also benefited from a significant year-round reduction in the house's temperature. I recently had a ventilation fan installed in my bathroom. Once the wiring and fan were in place, Joe came by to install a TPO vent. He also gave me valuable tips for cleaning TPO roofing and pointed out fascia board corners needing touch-up paint. I was really impressed with his enthusiasm, customer service, and genuine passion for roofing. For any roofing needs you might have, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe and his team. It'a a great value for your investment.

Written on May 16, 2023. We are very impressed with Shulman Roofing. Joe is very passionate about woodworking, knowledgeable about roofing, and responsive in communication. From proposal/cost estimate, scheduling, apply for permit, demolition, repair of fascia boards & wood rot due to termite damage, installation of GAF shingles and TPO roofing, and daily & final clean-up, the crew was responsive, responsible and efficient. His price is mid range compared to other proposals received. Only premium materials were used. The craftsmanship of his crew was exceptional. The final product looks great and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would recommend his company to my family and friends.

We had a very positive experience with Shulman Roofing. Every aspect of our roof replacement project was trouble free. Joe Shulman communicated clearly and promptly what would be done throughout and executed accordingly. All work was completed on schedule and with care. I could go into a lot of detail on the specifics but the bottom line is that we got a quality product at a competitive price, (we obtained 4 estimates) and are exceedingly happy that we chose Shulman Roofing. Working with Joe and team at Shulman Roofing was a great experience!  I have dealt with many contractors, and my experience with this team was by far the best I have experienced.  Joe showed up very prepared for the initial estimate.  Brought samples and literature for all the products that he installed.  Helped with selection of materials and explained in detail how the process would work.  When I asked for multiple samples to lay on the roof, they showed up on my doorstep the next day.  Entire project lasted 5 days.  First 3 days were spent repairing damage.  Repairs were very complex, including multiple rafter tails and T&G sheathing.  Any issues I pointed out were repaired immediately.  Repairs ended up flawless.  Shingle and flat roof took about 2.5 days.  All flashing, channels and vents look excellent.  It is easy to see that Joe's team has spent many years in the industry.  All materials were cleaned up and house looked good as new at completion.  I would HIGHLY recommend that you consider Joe for your project.  Throughout the project he was very responsive to all questions, and I even got daily updates with pictures of any repair work that was being done.

Mr Shulman took all the tiles on my roof and replaced it with GAF shingles.  He replaced all the fascia boards that had wood rot and termite damage.  Everything was done in 5 days and cleaned out all the materials. 

Mr. Shulman explained every details of the job and the cost up front and there was no surprises. I believe he did an outstanding job and would recommend his company to my family and friend.

From the start Joe made us feel comfortable and handled all aspects of the roofing process from pulling permits to final inspection. The job site was cleaned and cleared daily. Shulman Roofing provided excellent service & performance. Joe's wasn't the least expensive bid I received but I believe he delivered the greatest value for the price. We are very pleased.

We interviewed 5 roofing contractors and after careful consideration we chose Shulman roofing for our house. Joe was very thorough and professional during his presentation and although they were the most expensive quote we got we felt they would do the most complete job with minimal problems and "surprises" that normally come with renovation / construction. The whole process went as he described it would and with the exception of some subroof damage that was not anticipated our roof was complete within 5 days. His workers were very friendly, considerate and extremely efficient when it came to keeping things cleaned up around the house. It rained weeks back very hard (flooding in the Mt Baldy area just north of our house) and I checked the attic and found absolutely no signs of water. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew to anyone.

Joe Shulman, and his crew did a very professional job. I was very pleased with the outcome. They were very responsive to my requests, and worked with me on other small details.
