Several casings do not have enough nails and the sliding window is not installed properly it is very loose. Shortly after install a representative from the manufacture which is Superior confirmed that it is a faulty install. Alan promised me he would return to fix the problems but has not returned to date therefore I can not nor will I recommend this company until and if they return to fix their poor workmanship.

They were excellent. They were really great in explaining their service and products and helping us decide. They did the work quickly and cleanly. Overall, it was a great job. We recommended them to our daughter a couple months ago and she was pleased with their service as well. It is a husband and wife team and they are very nice to work with.

Jeff, the salesman/owner was quick to answer calls/questions. He was on time for the estimate, was polite and gave a good price (much lower than two other estimates). The workmen, Al and Eric were efficient. They were tidy and careful during the installation. They protected the area with drop cloths, then cleaned up the area when finished. The finished door looks fantastic. I would definately use this company again.
