They came out one time. I had some walls that was cracked. I guess that is common with plaster homes. I just wanted to make sure there was no major foundation issues. So I just paid a $30-40 thing they came out, and looked at some things. Took some measurements and basically they told me there was nothing to worry about as far as foundation. I was hoping to get some sort of written evaluation of my property which I did not get, but I was not sure if that was suppose to be included. A year later I would like to see what he said and what he didn't, but he just told me verbally. 

What they can work on in the future, providing a written evaluation report.

We are so thankful we found Robert on Angies list. He was extremely responsive, solution oriented and his team is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more impressed. 
After Robert came out and gave us an estimate of the work he began instantly working with out site planner to plan the project.  We had a second contractor that came out around the same time as Robert and we were completely unconfident in his ability to do the work and thus we never even got a quote because he wanted a bunch of additional information we didn't have at the time. Robert is in high demand so our project start date was later than we had hoped, plus it was Thanksgiving, so because we had a short timeframe we got a third contractor to come out and they quoted 3x the amount to do the same work and again made it seem very complicated. So we stuck with Shoretech and thank goodness we did. The work was completed, with multiple inspections, within 1 week and 2 days. 
Every interaction with Robert made me and my husband feel completely confident in his abilities. Better than that was how he navigated the complicated permitting process with the County of Orange and ensured that we 100% permitted the kitchen. If you have un-permitted work in your home and/or need structural work done then please call Shoretech. We give our full recommendation!!!

Bob is extremely friendly and thorough. He wasn't trying to just sell me something he was very honest and told me I had no issues. He was available for multiple follow up questions and was very helpful. I highly recommend him.

I was a relatively small job. But because I needed it done soon, (Had a time limit set by my earthquake insurer) Bob fit me in between larger jobs. He arrived when he said he would, gave me the most rasonable quote of several companies, finished up a day early, and made sure I understood exactly what he'd done. 
He's also a nice guy to deal with. Highly recommended

Everything went great, got my remodel and repairs just like I wanted with even more excitement when all done. A great job.

Bob is always avaialable to talk, he picks up the phone when you call and is usually at the sight when he tells you he will be there. He remains calm even during the most hectic of times when there are 4 contractors and a dozen men running around your property. He has some great ideas and solutions to problems that arise. The best thing about working with Bob is that you can trust him. He cares and takes pride in your satisfaction.Areas to work on for Bob would be with end of day clean up. I would liked to have seen Bob keep the contractors, especially the painters, more organized with their materials and clean up when completed with an area.Over-all we had a very good experience working with Bob. I would recommend him 100%

Bob was professional and honest from the very beginning.  His easy going demeanor reassured us of what the issue was and how it would best be addressed.  We received other quotes for different solutions but felt that Bob's recommendations were more appropriate for the level of concern and size of the house.  As soon as we set the date, he and his crew worked quickly and neatly to remove concrete, dig for the footings and install the footings, as well as some major mud cleanup from torrential rains mid-project.  This was the first and most important step in reinforcing our home.  We will definitely continue to use Bob and Shore-tech to finish the project as well as many other projects that need to be done on our 60 year old house.

Bob was the easiest to deal with and very professional.  He worked in a very timely manner so my house was not in chaos.  He kept it very neat and I was able to live in it while all this reconstruction was going on.  He was cost efficient discussing the different prices and efficiency of materials.  The work has made me proud of my home.  I did not do any maintenance on the home since I owned it and now i feel like it is brand new again.  Estimate was right on.  I recommended him to my father and my sister and he did work for them and both very happy with his work! 

Overall, it was a great experience compared to what we thought it would be.  Shore Tech was on time everyday, kept the work area very clean at all times.  The workers were considerate and very professional.  I am really happy with the outcome and I love my new kitchen!
