RWB plumbing arrived at the agreed upon time and worked non-stop all day. The work was not disruptive to the household at all. He worked non-stop for the entire day, ensuring the leak was fixed and the site was completely cleaned up.

It's got to be the worst task to ask but Rob was cheerful, courteous and efficient and managed to clear the drain with no mess or fuss. He came out the day after I called him and since it didn't take too long, he offered to look at any other issues we had. He unclogged our shower too - an added bonus and no extra charge.

Rob was a great find. I called him Friday afternoon for an estimate and he came out on a Saturday morning and started work that very morning. He was on time and very thorough trying to figure out the best way to run a new gas line to my kitchen with the least damage to the drywall. Rob spent a lot of time at the house (more than he originally anticipated) and used more materials that he originally thought, but he stuck with his original quote. I thought the job would cost more than the quote, but he was honest and I will definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing problems in the future. He also cleaned up the drywall mess and used a mat from the garage to the inside of the house to keep things clean.

Ron showed up on time, did the work in a little over one hour but only charged us for one hour. He was punctual, efficient, professional, clean, neat, and fun to have around.

I called Rob at 10pm. He called the next morning about 9am. Gave me two prices within an hour - both all-inclusive (labor, parts, tax). Explained what had to be done. Came promptly the next day and completed the job an hour shy of the estimated time.

He surveyed the problem and got right to work. He started by cutting the pipe below the leak and removed the elbow connected to the water meter. He then prepared a fix of a new elbow by attaching a cylindrical wedge that inserts into the existing pipe. He inserts the wedge into the pipe clamping to secure then attached the elbow to the water meter. He then proceeded to check for leaks after completing the operations, but had to re-do, but eventually was successful.

I had to change the time of my service three times on the same day and Rob was able to accomodate my changes with no problem, thank goodness and thank you Rob! He was not only prompt, but so very efficient with the work he did. My tub and shower faucets were leaking badly and he was able to correct the problem with little effort. He let me know that he's usually on jobs that last quite awhile, but would be able to fit me in as time would permit should I need his services again, which I'm preparing my list now! After I found his business on Angies List, I talked with a co-worker who used Rob for all the plumbing on his addition, so it was a double plus for me. I appreciated that Rob left the old parts for me and explained why the faucets leaked so badly. Professional, reliable and experienced!

Rob was very nice and professional. Not only he replaced our water heater and made the necessary adjustments to make sure our bigger water heater fits the space of the old one. He also did some plumbing work for us and he charged a very fair price for the time he spent doing all that work. He was very responsive to my requests and I would definitely use him again.

He had to re-weld the overflow plumbing and ducting - all done very in a very clean fashion. He had to run out to get a few parts he was missing from the truck & came back in no time (I made sure he didn't charge his hourly rate for time gone & he hadn't).

Our faucet was leaking and my husband thought he could fix it. He couldn't. We would have no water from 5pm until I could find a plumber. I picked RWB because of their ratings and the proximity to my home. I left a message on Rob's cell phone and he returned my call within about 20 minutes and told me he could be at my home in 30 minutes. He was right on time. He looked at the job and immediately went to it. Because we had purchased the wrong faucet, we had to leave him in our home while we returned to the store for the right type of faucet. While we were gone, he made the necessary changes needed and was ready to install the faucet when we returned. I had no problem trusting him in my home alone because of the excellent ratings he has been given by previous customers. It took about 2 hours work from start to finish. He charged $100 for labor and $25 for parts he provided.

The job went great. We received same-day service and good value for our money. The Angie's List discount was appreciated.

He did so very effectively and without wasting his and our time with small talk, while still being courteous. His price was a lot less than quotes from other contractors. He mentioned that he will be tied up for the next three months working simultaneously on two projects in two different locations.

They due excellent work. They showed up in good time and got the work done and did not hold the project up. They cleaned up the area after they were done with the project.

After I called RWB Plumbing for a whole-house gas pipe installation, Rob came out and gave me an estimate for the work. He wasn't sure if he could do the work right away because of prior commitments, but he fit me in the following week. He showed up on time and got the job done ahead of schedule. I received a passing inspection by the City of Costa Mesa a few days later.

We discovered the water leaking over Saturday. We started calling contractors for estimates on Sunday morning. He came by Sunday afternoon around 3pm to give a free estimate. He had the cheapest estimate by 40%. He said he was free Monday afternoon. I called him Monday morning at 9am and he confirmed he could come out that afternoon. At 10:30am, he called to confirm the time and was able to come earlier at 11:20am. When he came, he gave me a written estimate. Upfront, he told me he could not repair concrete. $65/hour for min 3 hours, $30-60 materials. ($250). He started work right away. Had to leave for materials, but he still finished in 3 hours. He called someone who could repair concrete, and that person came over right away to lay new concrete over a 3x4 ft. patch. $125.00 which is a bit high (but RWB didn't quote that). Rob also installed an earthquake gas sensor (which we saw on the previous review) for $150 ($90 materials, $60 labor) in retrospect, probably was a little high by $20-30. Basically, his charges were within estimate, and work completed within the time specified!

Rob got here exactly at the scheduled time, looked over all the problems we had and promptly fixed every one of them. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

How refreshing it is to have a workman come, complete the work expeditiously and to my satisfaction, and be on his way in short order. Just as important, he came just an hour and a half after my "desperate" call. He presented himself well and appeared to be a true professional, yet he didn't "gouge."

Rob did an excellent job, making sure everything was working adequately before saying he was completely done.

Appointment was scheduled at my convenience, he arrived on time, brought in appropriate tools, performed job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up, and answered my questions. Toilet is no longer leaking.

Rob came by and we showed him the areas where we wanted new fixtures. He gave us suggestions for purchasing the fixtures ourselves. While we were purchasing the fixtures, we had questions and called him. He quickly answered our questions and two days later he installed them. Rob also repaired some misc. plumbing items. He was pleasant, polite and prompt. He completed the work on time. We would recommend him highly.
