The service went very well. It was my first visit and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again. The staff was professional and returned my calls promptly. I am going to have to have my Catalytic converter repaired. Ron called Ford for me and got the information for me that the converter is covered under warranty. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. It was easy to get my car in for the service.

Ron and his crew did a great job. The shifter did not require major repair (as I'd feared)--it was just a loose screw. The water pump was the major fix and solved the radiator fluid leakage problem. He also found that the oil drain pan bolt was worn (I'd noticed oil stains in my driveway) and he replaced that, too. I'm very pleased with his work. I've gone to Ron Catt before and will again.
