These guys did the fire sprinklers for our home. They came in and did the project well. However, once they finished and finaled inspection, they are totally unresponsive. There's one fire sprinkler they never put a cap on. I've been trying for MONTHS to get them to put a cap on. They just shipped me a cap and said "do it yourself". I watched a youtube video, but something isn't fitting right, and I can't get the cap on. I feel it's not right that they can't even return to finish the job they started and assume that I need to become a sprinkler head expert myself and put on the cap. Hopefully after this review, they'll finally respond to me!
