I was looking for an agent who would work with me in another city and would work around my schedule of when I could be in my hometown. She was willing to work my parents and myself to answer questions about the sale of my parents house. She never hesitated to help out when I needed explaination or recommendaations with compnaies to fix up my parent's house. I never felt pressured to move quickly, it took us longer to sell the house than expected. MaryAnn's knowledge and expertise helped us sell my parent's home in 30 days!! wow!!! I would recommend MaryAnn to everyone!!!
Description of Work: MaryAnn Cortez is a phenomenal agent and one I would highly recommend. MaryAnn truly has the best interest of her clients in mind. She is patient and never pushes her client to make choices just to get the deal done. We never felt pressured to rush through the process of selling my parent's home. MaryAnn was ready and willing to do everything possible to make things happen. She is meticulous, detailed oriented and responsive. She returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. MaryAnn gave fantastic recommendations for companies that we needed to get the house ready to sell and was there when we needed her to answer questions that we were unsure about.I was so pleased with her integrity and honesty that she is helping me buy a new house in another city. Regardless of where you live, pick up the phone and request her as an agent. She will be straight forward with you and you will know that she is in it for you and your family.
