MaryAnn was called when I was looking for an agent to help sell my parent's house in the city where I grew up. I was looking for an agent who would work with me in another city and would work around my schedule of when I could be in my hometown. She was willing to work my parents and myself to answer questions about the sale of my parents house. She never hesitated to help out when I needed explaination or recommendaations with compnaies to fix up my parent's house. I never felt pressured to move quickly, it took us longer to sell the house than expected. MaryAnn's knowledge and expertise helped us sell my parent's home in 30 days!! wow!!! I would recommend MaryAnn to everyone!!!
