Real Property Management

Greg was nice, seemed competent, seemed to work hard for us.  He got sick while we were working together so it didn't go as quickly as we'd hoped.  His wife was training his daughter in the business when those two came to our house to have us sign the papers.  There was a bit of confusion, due to the training process, but nothing major.

I live in Massachusetts and own a condominium in California.  I have used Real Property Management for 5 years to manage the condo for me.  They have been excellent!  They carry out scheduled inspections and maintenance, including replacing the filter on the furnace/air conditioner unit on a regular schedule.  They advertise and interview prospective renters, and spruce up the place to make it attractive to new renters. They collect the rent and deal with repairs as needed on a timely basis.  I have found their prices to be very good, both their fee and the cost of repairs and maintenance, and the quality of the work is excellent.  I would highly recommend Real Property Management to anyone looking for management services, and especially for those who live far from their property and need a reliable manager who can work with you by telephone. 

So far, so good. It has been a very professional experience. Everything's been very positive. They've been extremely informative. They definitely have experience in the area and they've been pretty transparent. I don't feel like they're hiding anything. They are a little rich but the service they provide is worth it. They charge 7% of the collected rent and they have add on services/add value services, that's their base service.
