Rainbow Frame And Art

Mr. Lim's prices do not make sense;  he hand makes perfect frames and charges a bit less than Michael's or Aaron Bros charge for off-the-shelf frames, let alone custom made ones.  The workmanship is stunning... the frames look like they were poured into a mold and are of one solid piece.  No seams at all in the corners.  Just amazing.

His tastes and suggestions (he is in no way pushy, and I believe if I had chosen something odd, he would have been very diplomatic about it) are also very good.  Art and colors being somewhat subjective, I suppose YMMV, but given the wide range of art he has in his shop -- beautiful Japanese woodcuts, faux Renaissance scenes, Impressionist landscapes -- his knowledge and tastes are wonderful, should you want an opinion on what to do.

He had the frame completed in exactly the time he said it would take (a few days; he is making them by hand, after all), and he even carried it out to my car for me!

I cannot stress how wonderful the work is and the service.  And the price is excellent.
