I liked their immediate response to meet my needs. Another plus is they come to your house to repair/paint the vehicle. Unfortunately I forgot the man's name but he found 2 other areas that needed attention and fixed them free of charge. On the front bumper I must have scraped against something. He fixed that too. The entire front of my car looks wonderful and I was very pleased with the workdone.

My 2013 Hyndai Veloster was hit in a parking lot, causing minor damage to the rear bumper and pulling the bumper away from the car's body in a couple of spots.
I went on Angie's List and selected three firms, based on the reviews, from which to get estimates for the work. All three said it was a minor job. The first estimate was $780. The second was $500. Don, of Pro Auto Appearance, quoted me a price of $350, plus he said he would finish the job in one day (the others insisted it would take two days) and he would do the job at my house. He said the work would take about six hours.
We immediately agreed on a date that was about 10 days later. Don arrived at 8 a.m. sharp on that date, as he said he would. At 12:45 p.m., he rang my doorbell and announced he was finished. I went out with him to inspect it and it looked as if it had just rolled off the assembly line.
Don had one caveat for me. He said that if I touched the bumper it would feel dry, but that it would take a while for the paint to dry completely. He said I should wait three days before washing the car.
I believe Don provided the best possible service at a very good price. I enthusiastically recommend Pro Auto Appearance for auto body work.

I saved over $400 by using Pro Auto Appearance!!  I had gone to (2) auto body shops for quotes and couldn't believe what they were charging me to repair the dents which were located in a "hard to fix" area.  I called Pro Auto and we scheduled a time to meet for me to get a quote.  He came to my house which made it very convenient.  Best of all, the repairs were done at my house so I didn't need to leave the vehicle at a repair shop and rent a car.  And they were done within a few hours.  The quality of the repair is excellent.  Thank you Angie's List for helping me locate this service provider.  I couldn't be  happier.

Don picked up my car and delivered it back to me the same day. The bumper looked like new. Paint work was a perfect match. I could not ask for a better experience. He exceeded my expectations.

I had two other estimates, one for $1800 and one for $1475 so I was happy when Don quoted me $800 to repair my left rear bumper. I was even more happy when I saw the beautiful job he did and it only took one day! I would definitely use Pro Auto Appearance again.

He is great! He does it all in your driveway, and in my case, was finished in a day. Beautiful work!

 Don did an excellent job, my car bumper was awful but now it looks like new!!  for less than half that my Lexus body shop was charging me!

 He was running a little late from a previous job but had the courtesy to call me and let me know.

My car looks awesome, he did it right at my house, the paint matched the car original color, the scratch and dents were gone my car looks like new again, I don't like to have a car with dings, scratches or dents and now I know who to go to in case it happens again, I also referred him to my friends and family

Left a rag under the hood, and the car caught fire after I drove it and the car was destroyed.

Don did such a great job the car looks like new! I had previously gotten an estimate for just the damage to the bumper from another auto repair shop and was quoted $506.00 but then remembered Angie's List and found to my surprise a mobile auto repair called Pro Auto Appearance. They had such great reviews and I didn't have to drop off my vehicle and leave it for the day or overnight. I was so pleased that Don from Pro Auto quoted me $350 for the bumper and just another $200 to repair the quarter panel. The other body shop gave me some song and dance about the damage to the quarter panel being extensive and having to put two men on it and painting the entire quarter panel as the new painted area would be so conspicuous, which at that point I said and quot;forget the quarter panel then!and quot;.
The work done by Pro Auto was meticulous. Done in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism that I regret only getting 2 cards, which have already been given out.
I very highly recommend Pro Auto Appearance to everyone!
By the way, the car with the damage is a 2006 Mustang that belongs to my son and he is extremely pleased with the outcome. He said, and quot;Boy Mother! I really love driving my car again!and quot;

I choose this provider because I would not have to leave and pickup car.
I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. This was done 10/06/12 at my residence. The repair was performed on 10/22/2012. and took approximately eight hours. The rear quarter panel has a slight flair, so the repair was more complex than a flat panel The work was very well done and was satisfied with result. I would recommend Pro Auto Appearance

It took about a day per car. He came to my house for the first car. Because of noise complaint from a neighbor, the second car was done at a service station.

Don was honest about , what to expect. He did exactly what he said he would do. He completed the job in two days.

One little blip (residue left on driveway ) was cleaned up when I mentioned it.

Body work was done on my 2003 Honda Odyssey by this company. The owner of the company, Mr. Pimental, is extremely courteous and seems to go out of his way to please his customers. The best part is, is that he will come right to your house to check out your vehicle and give an estimate of the cost of the work. I wanted to give my van a much needed and quot;face-liftand quot; but was hesitant to get it done because I was afraid it would cost more than I could afford. There were substantial dents, scratches, and unsightly boo-boos that my van had accumulated through the years, but it still ran great and I didn't want to get rid of her just yet. Called Pro-Auto and Mr. Pimental came out the next day and checked out my van and left a very affordable estimate of the work, which I approved. Two days later, he drove to my home and picked up my van and took it to his shop in Los Alamitos. It was a two day job, and he brought the van back when the job was finished. It looked almost like it did the day I bought it when he was done with it, except for a small nick above the slider door that he hadn't seen the day he did the estimate. I told him about it and he came out and fixed it the next day--at my home, charged me a bit more for it, but he does quality work and overall I am pleased with the outcome and enthusiastically recommend Pro-Auto Appearance.

Saw the ratings and reviews on Angie's list, called for an estimate; the job that was done was VERY professional; cannot even see where it was corrected. Excellent job! Would use again!

The following body work was completed in one day:
Body work on dent in front left bumper and deep scratch on the right side. Basically front bumper needed to be repaired and painted. Right side panel deep scratch repaired and painted. Hood of car needed some touch up paint and small dent on door repaired. Front head lights cleaned and clear coat applied to prevent yellow discoloration.
Don arrived on time and was very professional. His van is a traveling shop and all the equipment he needed was easily available. The car is 13 years old and the areas mentioned above look great, like new. The paint matches perfectly and the dents are gone. The plastic headlight lens are crystal clear. I would differently use Pro Auto Service again.

I had an estimate done about 3 years ago on the damage on my bumper from my backing into a car and hitting the license plate. I took it to an auto body shop and the guy told me to live with it because they would have to take off the bumper for repainting and it would cost over $1,000. I thought I would have to live with it until someone bumped into me creating a crack in it. Since I had seen ads for fixing bumpers scratches and dents I thought I would check on Angie's List and at least see what it would cost.
I saw the high ratings and great reviews for Pro Auto Appearance so I called and reached Don right away. He came by the same day after another job and gave me an estimate of $300. He explained that the body work would be $100 and the paint $200. Well that was worth it to me so we set up an appointment for about 2-3 weeks later. He called to confirm the night before and arrived timely considering the rain, picking up my car and returning it just barely 4 hours later. He is very nice and accomodating, giving me the option to bring the car and take me home, or picking it up. He left his van here at my residence.The place he uses to do the work isn't far but I had no problem with him driving my car. I don't know the address of the place where he does the work although I think he said it was near Lampson and Valley View. Since I needed to provide an address for purposes of submitting this review I put Seal Beach. I also had to put in a year for home build and since this is a car, mine is 2003.
I was so happy to get this bumper fixed as I want to keep my car for many more years. Don does great work and I would recommend him with no reservations.

Excellent, excellent work. He came in and quoted the work within 2 hours of my call (late afternoon). He came in two days later as scheduled, and work diligently on the van. He did the work outside my office. And the auto body shop wanted more than three times the cost, for less work they were doing and they wanted me to leave my van there for a week!! Today I came in with my van, and going home with my beautifully repaired van body.

Dan came to my home, fixed it and saved me hundreds of dollars. He is smart, honest and efficient and would for sure call him again and tell my friends about him.

I feel really fortunate that I found Don. You wouldn't believe that a guy working out of a van would do such quality work, but the other good reviews gave me some confidence, so I decided to give him a try since he was very close.
I was really pleased with the whole experience. His communication was great, he was punctual, he didn't try to upsell me and the quality of his work is excellent. Time will tell, but I believe he did as good a job as any conventional paint shop or a dealer would do. His painting and bodywork skills are terrific. I need some work done on another car, and I'll definitely be using him for that. Don't be turned off by the fact that he comes to your house and works out of a van, you won't regret hiring this guy.
Also, his price was very reasonable--I'm not listing it here because this other party in the accident hired Don to do some additional work on another car, so he gave me a deal for my part. Even without that deal his price would have been very good.

Don brought his van, which contained all his tools, paint, etc to my home and worked on my car all day. He is meticulous, careful, knowledgeable, compulsive, and very personable. He charged what he said he would, and was extremely reasonable. The car looks like new. He even gave me a detailed lecture on the importance of not bumping the front bumper into walls, other cars, and the back of my garage! I'd recommend him to anyone for body work. Excellent job!

The work done is remarkable because you can not even notice any damage to the bumper. Don, the owner and repair man, gave me an estimate on a Friday and did the work next Monday. He was on time and did the job in the three hours he estimated for the job. So unobtrusive I could go about my work without worry.I have told my family and friends to use his service because I would use him again.My regret is that I did not call him sooner.

Don, with Pro Auto Appearance, came to our house (at the time he promised), looked at the van, provided me with a written estimate, identified for me the parts that would have to be ordered and offered dates when he could return to perform the work. He even fixed the dangling rear view mirror temporarily, so that I could use it until he could get back with the replacement!

He returned to handle all of the repair work (when he said he would), painted the affected sections of the van (with factory paints to match the existing paint), repaired two additional things that I had not asked him to repair, detailed the van and had it ready for my inspection when he said he would. He did an outstanding job. The convenience was wonderful, and he saved me the cost and difficulty in trying to rent another vehicle for a week.

While I am not anxious to crash my van into anything again soon, I would use Pro Auto Appearance again in a heartbeat! I can recommend Don without any reservations.
