BID WAS COMPETITIVE. OWNER, GARY CARMAN, WAS COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. CREW ARRIVED AS PROMISED, WORKED EFFICIENTLY. REMOVED CARPET AND FLOOR TILE AND TOOK ALL AWAY FROM JOB SITE. CLEANED LAMINATE FLOOR BEFORE LEAVING JOB.
