Pool Heaven Inc

Summer months  ( about May to Sept ) they come weekly & the rest of the year every other week.  They include a pool sweep in the monthly service & do extra maintenance twice a year.  I have been satisfied with the service and have always been able to reach them if I have any special problems. I can certainly recommend them as a good all around service.

It went great. Ryan spends as much time as it takes to thoroughly clean the pool--sometimes 30 minutes--sweeping, vacuuming, checking the chemicals and making sure our pool is sparkling when he is finished. (Our previous pool "cleaner" would often check the chemicals, dump something in the pool and leave within a minute or two without doing anything else and before we could stop him and ask him to actually clean the pool.) When Ryan needed to hand off our cleaning to someone else, he gave us plenty of notice that Jeremy would be servicing our pool, so we met Jeremy and he has been as great as Ryan. During the year or so that Pool Heaven has been cleaning our pool, we had a leak that turned out to be a corroded valve in our pool's heater. Pool Heaven's service workers came out quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it promptly and we didn't have to replace the heater. Everyone we've dealt with at Pool Heaven really seems to want to do whatever they can to please us, work with our schedule and help us. They take care of our pool as if it were their own. We really couldn't be happier.

Everything is been fine. It is like haven. My pool looks great. They are friendly. They are very conscientious and I am really happy with their work so far. When they started my pool was green and he turned it without charging me anything extra he made it crystal clear again. When I talked to others when I got the estimates their price was right in line. As for responsiveness they got back to me right away. I will continue to use them in the future.

Mark and his crew are professional, punctual, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company for any pool services needed.

We have had them for about three months. They come out when they say when they say they would. They usually send someone earlier or later that week if they don’t come out on their vacation day. I like that they let you know when they are going to be at your home. They answer any questions.
