He's good. His waiting list was about three weeks and does does the job about a week after he picks it up.

Overall this was an excellent experience. We found Petrelli's on Angie's list to begin with and were more than pleased with the service provided, the extra steps they took to assist us in finding just the right fabric(s) and their general way of doing business....very customer service oriented and fair in their pricing.

Price was at high end of range quoted. Owner not avail when item dropped off--owner did not call to verify price and no delivery receipt was offered by staff accepting item. Upon pickup a pair of vise grips were found stuck (left) inside the assy. Although new clips were to be used throughout, several were missing or incomplete-- staff attempted to complete while I waited. Owner appeared and found they were not using correct tool-finished repair himself.

WE THOUGHT THE QUOTE WAS FAIR. THEY ASSISTED US WITH CHOOSING THE RIGHT FABRIC FOR OUR NEEDS. THE ESTIMATE DELIVERY WAS A TWO WEEKS AND THEY COMPLETED IT WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME.
