Yes. Keith came on time and finished within the time frame he estimated. He was careful moving furniture and blended the threshold with the newly finished floor. I highly recommend Keith. Not only did he do a great job but he was also very personable.

Keith always showed up on time, did everything as he said he would and answered all my questions. He helped me understand the need to let the wood sit, the type of stain that would look best and how long the project would take. He worked around my strict schedule and the floor in a room of over 900 sq. ft. came out beautifully with no surprises. He did such a great job that he is coming back to do another room for me. I was very lucky to find Keith for this job.

Before hiring someone to install hardwood upstairs to match the downstairs, I interviewed several companies. Keith was very quick to respond and quick to schedule. Other companies brought samples that came nowhere near what my existing hardwood looks like. Keith has a discerning eye and was able to obtain a sample that is indistinguishable from the hardwood that was installed over 10 years ago. His quote came in lower and the product was much higher quality than what others were recommending. Keith was straightforward and easy to work with and done within the timeframe quoted. We worked collaboratively to address unexpected issues, to my satisfaction. The quality of his work was excellent and in spite of having the work done in the middle of a pandemic, I felt safe and comfortable with his health practices. I would definitely recommend Pacifica and Keith, and use them in the future.
