Main: 714.822.5813 Service calls & estimates $85.00 Services include: a) After hours emergency call-out. b) Professional condenser cleaning to keep your refrigerator running efficiently. c) Dryer Health and Safety Service - remove all lint from interior and fire box to prevent dryer fires. c) Dryer vent cleaning. d) Cleaning and restoration services for Thermador, Wolf and Viking Ranges. In addition to repairing appliances, we specialize in preventing fires that start in the dryer and spread to the homes ventilation. A full Health & Safety service, which includes complete disassembly of the dryer to remove all lint buildup from firebox, blower and motor, lubricate main drum supports as necessary for only $136.00. The service technician, Daniel, displayed exceptional professionalism. He made a reliable diagnosis of the problem with our refrigerator and amiably explained everything he was testing for and doing. He used what, in retrospect, looked like an advanced refrigerant manifold & micron gauge to precisely assess how individual refrigerator components were operating, how quickly the refrigerant coolant was leaking, and whether the coolant lines were likely contaminated with air or water. He spent additional time verifying the results of his findings and repaired the refrigerator at a comparatively low price. In contrast, other technicians for the same refrigerator had suggested significantly more expensive repairs, such as replacing the evaporator coils, adding refrigerant without testing for catastrophic leaks, or replacing the refrigerator. I highly recommend this company's services to anyone.

Once I request a bid from PCS, I received a phone call less than a minute later! We discussed the issue with my broiler, and Daniel (technician) showed up a couple hours later and was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it, and also made sure my oven temperatures were reading correctly! PCS had a great response time, great service, and competitive prices. Would recommend and will be using again for any future appliance repairs.

It went great. The two men were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered many of my questions and let me examine their tools. They had this really cool device that could detect temperature and high voltage using a small IR laser. They were familiar with the phenomena called "magic smoke" and cautioned me about properly grounding my soldering iron. They told me stories about their military and engineering backgrounds and their children who have also pursued science and scholarly pursuits. I learned lots of new information, particularly about microwaves and electronics. Their job seems really cool. I wouldn't hesitate to get their help again. In the future, they will be the first person I call. They also fixed the microwave, which will make my mom/grandma Marilyn happy!

Saint Dan was incredible!! two other repairman said that I needed a new refrigerator. Then Dan offered to come look at it and he fixed it on the spot.
