Description of Work: Wanted a bid on a kitchen remodel. Owner responded to the website request, but then cancelled the first 2 appointments due to vehicle issues. Finally came to the house and spent about an hour doing measurements. Said he would get us a proposal in about 3 days and never heard from him again.

I felt comfortable with Keith when I met him. I started the project with Keith. His estimates in cost and time was perfect. The project went well. I am happy with his work and his subs.

+ 0 moreI really can't say enough about our experience with Orange County Construction. We had 3 bids to start and after meeting with Keith were impressed as his bid was organized and the price fair. The job from start to finish took 4 months as stated. Keith was only a text or email away for any questions we had during the project. Most importantly, OC Consteuction worked with us to keep our two dogs safe during the entire project. The results are beautiful...the work was quality and you would never know from the outside or inside that the addition was not part of the original house. Everything went smooth from permits to inspection and Keith used well know companies for supplies, roofing, cement, etc.
Description of Work: We added an addition to our living room and dining room, plus upstairs added 60 sq feet to our daughter's room; plus had a closet built in our master bedroom. Orange County Construction took the entire wall off the side of our home and took our living room out 12 feet and dining area out 6 feet. Keith worked with us so to meet our needs and wants- French doors leading out to a patio and an electric fireplace.
