Patrick was fast and super professional and kind.

They were quick to respond. They were very knowledgeable on my garage door and on the replacement equipment I had installed. They pointed out a upcoming problem, bearings, which they fixed. They recommended things which might need to be looked at in the future. They corrected all of the electronics sensors and the door works better than it had for several years.

Everything went well. The technicians were responsive and helpful, they came as scheduled, fixed the broken door by replacing hinges and springs, re-balanced it, and adjusted the automatic door opener. Now it works perfectly.

The garage door was making very loud squealing noises and Angies List suggested Optimal, so I made an appointment. Two guys showed up and they were right on time, nice and professional, checked everything out, quoted the recommended repairs, worked very efficiently and left the place neat. Overall I think they did a great job and the door now works better than ever.
