On Point Handyman Service

I'm revising my review (original date 4/24/17) because the simple drain fixture that Jason installed has been leaking very slowly from an improperly tightened nut, in a hidden area, for months. By the time I discovered it, there was a pile of black sludge and mold about an inch high. I now have no confidence in the other items Jason fixed. I would probably not have bothered amending the review, but the water and mold stains in the cupboard are quite deep and very obvious and he made no effort to even wipe the area. Now I have to go to the store and buy mold remover and do it myself. Additionally, he was a bit evasive in communicating an appointment time for his return visit, even though he lives just a couple of miles from me. I emailed him Sunday morning and he didn't fix the problem until Tuesday morning.

I called on one day, spoke to Jason who arrived that afternoon to provide a quote, and the work was completed the very next day. His diligence and customer service was outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased with his responsiveness. His price was fair and competitive and well worth the time it would have taken me to complete the project myself with a tremendously busy schedule. I always appreciate when I can call or text a contractor and my call is taken and text responded to in a timely manner. Jason was spot on and made us feel valued as customers. I will absolutely be hiring Jason again in the near future!
