NATURE RITE PEST MANAGEMENT INC

First Service: We had a terrible ant problem at our home. Ants were in every room and would even crawl on us while we were sleeping. I called Nature Rite and after one spraying the ants have disappeared! It has been several months now and still no ants in the home. Second Service: We were so happy with the first service we hired Nature Rite again to spray for brown widows. We had brown widows in our yard in quite a few places, including the inside of our mail box! I was tired of sticking my hand in to grab the mail and hoping I didn't grab a brown widow instead. Nature Rite came out to spray and reduced our brown widow population significantly.

Very punctual, assessed our yard and came up with a plan for removing our ant problem. Sprayed the ants and spiders, and provided instructions for dealing with any problems after the initial visit. They will come out as often as needed to control the ants.

The technician showed up on time and got to work immediately. As far as I can tell, having never hired out for this type of work before, he seemed to be competent and covered the house thoroughly. Moreover, during the initial fact-gathering stage, the service rep on the phone was very helpful and patient answering all the questions I had and the concerns I raised. He finished promptly and charged me the price that had earlier been quoted.

I had originally called another company that wouldn't quote a price over the phone and couldn't come for 2 weeks. I called NatureRite and they were able to come the next day and quote an estimate over the phone. Not only did he come the very next day to inspect, but he was able to spray the same day and the ants were gone within 1-2 days. I had ants upstairs in the bathrooms. They don't even come inside your house, he sprayed only outside, and the ants were gone. I signed up for the annual contract and they come every other month.

They are really good. They use natural stuff for extermination ants and other things. I have grandkids so I wanted something natural. I came home from somewhere and I had ants in my house. I had ants that were trying to get into the freezer. It was horrible. I went right to Angie's List and found them. They came out. They sprayed once and about 4 days later the ants were gone. They told me if they are not gone in 3 days call them. I haven't had them since. The price was good. I was going to do a yearly contract with them but I couldn't afford it.

I called and described the problem over the phone. The person was very helpful and knowledgable. I set up an appointment for the following day and asked them to call me 15 mintues prior so I could meet them at my house. RJ called and arrived at my house as scheduled. He did the inspection and took pictures in the attic to show me where the rodent had access. He gave me a quote and asked if I wanted to have the work performed while he was there. I agreed to the price and he finished the job in a quick and timely manner. So far, no issues. Thanks, RJ!

He was informative and I haven't had any pest problems; so he did a good job. He was on time and responsive. The price was average. He was the first person I saw on Angie's List and I picked him.

I'm not a big fan of insecticides, but the ants were really beginning to take over the yard and occasionally make forays into the house. After checking the reviews on Angie's List, I chose Nature Rite. RJ was punctual, informative, and really listened to my goals and concerns. There was no hard sell AT ALL. We discussed various options and RJ treated the yard and the perimeter around the house that day. We've seen a dramatic decrease in ant activity in the past couple of weeks and there was no chemically smell associated with his treatment. I'm delighted with his service and we have signed on to his quarterly plan. I'm a new member of Angie's List and this was the first company I've chosen wth the help of reviews posted on this web site. I'm a believer!!

Nature Rite came out to remove Paper Wasps nests that had accumulated under the awnings of my house. The Nature Rite representative was very professional and had a wealth of information to share with me regarding why and how Paper Wasps build their nests. The representative was also very straight forward and honest. He offered to do the removal or gave me the option to choose to buy my own bug spray and remove the nests myself, stating that I could save money doing it myself! The Nature Rite representative also shared that I could do the removal during the evening since Wasps cannot see in the dark During his inspection of my house he also spotted a couple of empty bird's nests and informed me of the pest danger of keeping the nests on my property, stating that bird mites that feed on the bird could come into the house. The Nature Rite representative helped with the removal of the bird's nest as well. Overall I had a great experience and will look to Nature Rite again for any of my pest control needs!

went well. He explained how to keep the ants at bay. I needed to keep plants from growing right up against my walls.
He sprayed, and since it's less toxic, it needs to be done more frequently like every 2 months.
I'm going to be on a maintenance schedule now.
I love being natural and this seemed like the safest way to go.

We used Nature Rite Pest Management after reading all the reviews of other companies. We received good advice over the phone to help us determine the exact nature of our problem, and then we decided to contract for quarterly treatment to control ants, spiders and mosquitoes. All company representatives were knowledgeable and courteous.

They were perfect. They were prompt, polite, and professional.

He recommended us to do the every other month program. I was not comfortable signing a year contract, so he dropped it to six months. This was nice to see he was confident in his service. We also had a really bad case of ants and he had to come back three times in the first month. He was always on time and came back as many times as necessary to get the job done. I plan to continue his program and would absolutely recommend his services. Great company.

The pest control guy gave me a lot of good advice. He didn’t want to charge me anything when he came out the last time. He is a really nice guy. He said that everything that he could do and charge for could be done by me itself. So he was a really super and honest guy. He came out twice to give me advice and it was like a year apart. He still didn’t want me to give him money when he came out the second time but I made him take some money. I appreciated what he did. He spent 20 minutes looking everywhere. He told me from where he thought that the rats were getting in and also told me what to do in order to stop them. He is really a knowledgeable guy. Overall, he is the best. I am sure that his prices would be reasonable. The quality of his service was best as well. He is great. His responsiveness was fantastic since he came out like an hour or two after I called. He came out on time and he is very good too. His professionalism was excellent. Our problem was pretty small since there was just one rat but you can spend a fortune on getting rid of the rats. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

The technician came out on time and I told him about our black widow problem. He told me spiders aren't insects so they don't groom themselves like insects do, so it is harder to get the pesticide in them. He continued and asked about crickets. I told him we had many and responded that they are a favorite meal of the black widow. If we could eliminate the crickets we could reduce the black widow population. He also said he could get rid of our ant problem. His professionalism impressed me and we set up a bi-monthly service.

I called this morning about wasps in my garage. None were found when the guy arrived. He explained what mud daubber wasps do ( kill black widows) and I chose to leave the one wasp to do what it loved.

The experience was very positive. The representative came out to the house. He was very informative and professional. He toured the property and gave me several options in what I could do. He did what he said he was going to do.

Very well. I called the company and spoke with Bob. I had several questions and Bob took the time to answer each one thoroughly. We set a date and time for someone to come to the house. When RJ came, we walked the property for him to identify where ant hills might be. He quickly saw black widow spider webs and included those in his report and the overall plan for controlling unwanted insects on the property. I mentioned that my husband was allergic to the usual chemicals used to control insects and RJ quickly made a note of that.

Called in the morning. Came out same day, earlier than expected. Was very prompt.

RJ was extremely knowledgeable and provided some great information to help us avoid this problem in the future. He also gave me some tips how how to seal the entry points and what types of materials to use. I highly recommend them.

They are very responsive to my needs and the spraying has worked out great. I haven't seen bugs or rodents around at all. They could work on their punctuality a bit since I got a couple of late arrivals and no-shows.
