We have an oriental style carpet that we bought new from Bullocks Lakewood in 1971. It has a cream background with blue and rust flowered print interspersed throughout the background. Over the years, we've had it cleaned many times. We used to use Kashishian Oriental Rugs in Long Beach to clean the carpet. However, since they have gone out of business many years ago. I've had to try several other rug cleaners and was not happy with the results.
I did a Google search and came across this company in Huntington Beach. I called them, using the phone number on the website and got a quote over the phone from the measurements I gave them. They referred me to their You Tube video to see their work. I decided to give them a chance and called them back. I was given a date for pick up and they did come out on that day to pick up. They had the rug about two weeks. They called when it was dry and delivered it back to my house. They even gave me a time window for delivery. I was told the rug was washed twelve times to make sure it was clean.
I'm very please with the results. When the young man picked up the rug, he measured it and the price he gave me was less than what was quoted on the phone.
The company's website is quite primitive though. Don't let that stop you. They're great for oriental rug cleaning.
