Handyman Services
We have filed a claim with the Contractor's State License Board ("CSLB"). Note that the provider is not licensed as a contractor but the work was performed under Williams Construction (see review under that name). The claim lists all the issues and it has not been resolved as of this date.

In hindsight, I would have looked on Angie’s List. I then would have known that this company is not licensed. Because the owner had worked at a neighbor’s house, I took their recommendation seriously. But they did not get the attitude we did from the owner. He was basically a liar.... one promise after another and then had the nerve to try and blame us for the materials not sticking to the concrete. P.S. No we will never hire this company again!
