I have worked with him for eight years. He is usually fairly responsive. If I call him, I get him or his assistant and he’ll call me back if he’s not in. The insurance rate varies by property; it ranges from $600-$1,900. I use him all the time and I refer people to him all the time. I have probably referred him 60 times and maybe more.
