Description of Work: Stephen Mincks answered my questions and was very good about that... but when it came time to come give me an estimate, he flaked. I expected him to be there and he never showed up, didn't call to tell me he wasn't interested... nothing. I followed up with a phone call and e-mail, and still never heard back from him.

 + -1 moreStephen came promptly for our estimate on a Friday and was able to start work the following Monday. He didn't start working most days between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, which made the job take longer than we would have liked, overall, about two weeks. However, we're very happy with the results. There was a slight amount of dust, but not much.
Description of Work: Stephen removed carpeting and sanded and refinished our hardwood floors in the living room, hall and three bedrooms. He also removed vinyl flooring and installed new matching hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining area, and laundry area. He finished by installing new wood baseboards in all the rooms.
