 + -1 moreThe contractor was punctual, and timely, and finished after he started. That alone puts him well above most of the other contractors out there. There were a few changes to the original bid one that we made, due to a misunderstanding, which the contractor handled very well. The other change with the scope and work for the convenience of the contractor. Honestly I think we wound up with a better product then we expected with this change. If I had anything negative to say about this contractor which I really do not it would be that they left a lot of scraps including nails and razor blades in the grass and lawn in the front of the front unit. Other than that I thought they were very professional, timely, punctual, and a good value as a contractor. I would use them again, and recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced rotting and damaged facia boards.

 + 6 moreMike and his crew were top notch. First we agreed on a contract which outlined all the services and schedule of payments. Work began on mutually agreeable dates. All work was accomplished in a very professional manner. We were continually briefed on the progress. We were able to leave our home while work was being accomplished. When in the course of remodeling, we had a concern, Mike and his crew addressed it immediately. We completely trusted Mike and his crew of skilled craftsmen. Now we have two beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Zangger Construction is honest, reliable, and highly professional. We will go to Zannger Construction for additional services because the people are honest, professional, and very skilled.
Description of Work: Master and guest bathrooms remodeled. New bathtub, new fixtures, new sinks, new toilets, solar-tube lighting in both bathrooms, new exhaust fans, new vanites with granite counter-top, new lighting, travertine tiles on the wall and floor, painting, and new glass shower door in the master-bath and new mirrors in both bathrooms.
