Mega Maids

Mega Maids are professional, courteous, competant, and make my house sparkle and shine! They work in teams of 2, arrive on time, do a walk-through with me to make sure that they know what I want them to clean, and get to work. If any questions or concerns arise, they check with me first before continuuing work. When they are finished, we do another walk-through to be sure all has been done as requested. I have used their services for many years and will continue to. They are the best!

They worked an hour and fifteen minutes, it was the whole house except for two rooms. They were good.

They originally came out and I gave them a very thorough walk through to point out things that needed to be done. I was very specific and told them I wanted the same crew each visit. I also supplied them with a check list, which they agreed to adhere to.

They cleaned and charged me $175 for a deep cleaning. They had to come back twice to clean items they missed on the check list. When they came back on the second visit, the brought someone who wasn't a part of the original crew. While cleaning behind the mirrors, he managed to rip the mirror off of the wall that left a hole.

I told them I would call my handyman and subtract the balance from what I owed. They asked to have their handyman fix the hole. Instead of using a handyman, they tried to repair it themselves. It wasn't repaired correctly. Now, it actually looks work. The mirror is hanging by a wire that is completely exposed and visible to my clients. Plus, there's still a hole in my wall where they ripped out the mirror's screw.

When I try to speak with the owner, she's very hostile. I couldn't even speak because she was yelling at me. I had to hang up the phone.

They were on time. In terms of the cleaning job, they took a while, but they were pretty good. I would most likely use them again in the future.

The house owners and I agreed that the job was well done.

They cleaned the entire house, including the floors, mirrors, ceiling fans and the woodwork. I thought that their price was very fair, but they came about 45 minutes late to do the work. Two girls came to do the work. One of them spoke good English, but the other did not. The quality of work was very good. I may try somebody else one time just to compare, but they are good and I may definitely use their services again.
