MDH Project Management

Description of Work: Michael Horn is professional and did a quality job. I upgraded my home electric service to a 200A panel. I called Mike for a quote to patch the stucco. I ended up texting Mike a picture of the wall to be patched and had a price in minutes. Mike had one of his crew at the house the next morning and within a few days the city final inspection, brown coat and texture were all done. And it looks great. Thank you Michael Horn.

Description of Work: We bought our house as a short sale and immediately recognized that we would need a really good contractor. Michael came through in every way shape and form. MDH Management was instrumental in helping us to remodel an entire bathroom, ripping out everything down to the studs, rewire the whole house, as well as reframe the back of the house as it was not originally added to code. MDH Management repainted our entire house, inside and out, prepping all the walls for texture beforehand, something that gives the rooms a bit more character (and we love it!). We also had MDH Management install all of the ceiling fans and they did a beautiful job. One of the biggest things we loved is that our house came with gorgeous tile throughout. However, there was a problem with a step in the house where there was no difference between the step and the ground. MDH Management came up with the idea to place a line of black tile so that the step could be more easily seen both from the top of the step as well as the ground. It has stopped countless people from falling and has become a conversation piece in our house.

Description of Work: After Chino Hills Earthquake we had some major fortunately cosmetic damage. MDH Construction was there for me, promptly doing repairs and perfectly matching the textured drywall and paint. They were able to salvage a waterdamaged very expensive door (vs replacing it). You can't even tell. We recently had multiple slab leaks, one of which MDH repaired...they came the same day and costs half of what other leak cost. And MDH fixed the concrete, drywall, texture, paint, concrete, and re-tiled the damage from the leak. Again it matched perfectly.

Description of Work: Mike and his crew added a 15'X4' front porch to my 1300 sqft beach cottage in Redondo Beach. He excavated, poured a foundation, decked and framed porch, exteneded roof, stripped and reshingled entire roof, replaced eaves and facia, patched stucco, tiled porch, installed gutters and painted the exterior.
