We had a slab leak in our kitchen. The job was perplexing to me. Mark came in and explained what had happened and fixed the leak with a few hours. He was very professional. He did the job well. He left the area clean. I would hire him again, and again.

He is prompt. He came out for an emergency for my neighbor because there plumber was going to make them wait for a day or two. He responds very quickly. He wears a white shirt and presents himself clean. He has a professional appearance. He will do his best to come out for an emergency.

Mark called to see if I got the hot water heater fixed as he referred someone else because he couldn't get to it that day. They didn't show up so when he called me back he told me he would be out the next day,and he was. He replaced the water heater and ran a new water line and put a new shut off valve in for us.

Mark was on time and began work after inspecting the area. He charged by the hour (exactly as he had quoted). The job took about two hours to finish and he cleaned up afterward. He was serious about his work, but also had a great sense of humor, was very nice (he also kinda looked like Chris Isaac, an added bonus)!!

EXCELLENT. HE COMES PROMPTLY, DOES THE WORK. THE PRICE IS GOOD. HE CLEANS UP WELL. WE CALL HIM WHENEVER WE NEED SOMETHING. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT HE'S DONE OVER THE YEARS.

MARK WAS CORRECT. WE NEED TO REPLACE THE UNIT. REPAIR ONLY LASTED 6 MONTHS. MARK IS VERY KIND, AND TRIED TO GIVE ADVICE TO HELP SAVE THE HOMEOWNER MONEY.
