We got a quote from another plumber, but Manny was cheaper and I had heard good things about him, so we went with him. The installation of the water pressure regulator went well, but he ran into unexpected problems with the gas line. We thought there was a working gas line right outside the kitchen, but unfortunately it had been cut. Instead he had to run the gas line from the attic. Manny was very communicative as the challenges arose, so we always knew what was going on. I'd definitely hire Manny again.

His name is Manny Ramirez. He was always on time. He explained things as he went. He is very competent and knows all aspects of plumbing. He did excellent work. He didn't go over any of the amounts that he said he would unless something came up like a problem that had to be remedied. This is typical for any kind of a redo job. He was always easy to deal with. We had a contractor and we paid through the contractor. It was a lot. Manny's Plumbing is reasonable for top-end work.
