INAPROPRIATE, RACIST comments from the owner. My husband hired this individual and explained clearly that we travel months at a time, that we were in town for 5 weeks and if it is not enough time to order and get the door, otherwise we can wait until we get back. He said no problem. 4 weeks in and not a word, when we called, the door was not in so we suggested to hold the door until we get back. He wanted to charge stocking fees although we told him to wait. When the door came in it had a clear glass which is NOT what we ordered as it doesn’t comply with the HOA guidelines, which we could be fined for. When I said that I will have to withhold some $ until he finishes the job he became very disrespectful. To this individual withholding $200 out of $4000 total payment is “holding him hostage” and expected me to just take his word for it. Then incapable of showing any civilly debating , he asks me : WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU FROM, as if it was relevant. I guess I wasn’t “Caucasian “ enough to his liking. (American and PROUD to be) Then he made a childish comment about my patio decoration. To this individual “client satisfaction “ and quality service is only words to decorate his flyers. I would not recommend this individual and I would caution anybody to deal with him.
