Cade actually did more than what we had agreed and his price was very reasonable.

Cade arrived on time and went right to work. He was thorough, explained what he found and did to correct the problem and was on his way. Altogether a very good experience.

The service level was excellent.  Cade listens well and takes your main concerns, whether it be money or quality, and creates a plan that covers those needs.  He brings a professional team to the work site and delivers his services on time and within budget.  He follows up with paperwork and will follow up on the quality of his work to ensure your satisfaction. 

He is a young guy, but has obviously learned to put customer service and satisfaction first in order to properly build a great business.

I noticed one of my planters was looking too wet after the sprinklers were on during the night. I called Cade at LandWorkshop Inc. to come fix it. He came out a couple days later (April 6, 2011) and replaced the cracked sprinkler heads. He also adjusted a few sprinkler nozzles so they sprayed correctly. The first time I called Cade was in July 2010. He did a lot more sprinkler repair work for me then ($500 worth), including replacing cracked pipes, and replacing 5 leaking Hardie valves with Rainbird valves. I can't say enough good things about Cade. He's quick at his job, a truly nice guy, and his prices are less than I expect. After he worked at my house last July, my neighbors used him to install new irrigation for their new landscaping.
