For example:  After our contractor installed the new lamp/ceiling fan, the light didn't work.  AJ said it might be an install problem, but probably the quickest was simply to replace the specialized halogen bulb, as they burn out quickly if they have finger prints on them from the install process.  AJ gave us replacement bulb, at no charge, which fixed the problem.

We also had an issue with one of the glass bowls for one of our pendants that had cracked under heat from the the bulbs in the first hour.   They got us a replacement, no hassles at all.

We plan to go back there to furnish the rest of our house after we move in.   Thanks, Lamps Plus !

Anna helped us buy the lights, and worked closely with us. She did a super job. Suren and others did the installation work. They did a very good job. They were on time, and very professional. Suren discussed the details of everything before he started the work. During the work he discussed any changes in the plans before making the changes. They were able to install the light switches without making any holes in the drywall. At no extra charge they painted the conduit for the track lights to match the color of the ceiling. After they installed the pendant light that we had chosen, we realized that it was much too large, and the wrong color. At no extra charge they swapped out the original pendant light for a new one that we picked out.
