Called at 12:30pm and by 1:45pm the job was completed. Glad to support a local Huntington Beach business as well. Another plus, I was able to consolidate to one (1) key for my exterior doors,. Would highly recommend KEN'S LOCKSMITHERY

The deadbolt mechanism within the lock assembly malfunctioned (froze in the locked position) such that we could not open our door from the house to the garage. We tried for a couple hours to remove the assembly with no success. This was an extremely inconvenient situation for us. We found Ken's Locksmithery on Angies List and selected them based on their high ratings and positive reviews. Despite the number of jobs already in the queue before us, Ken's Locksmithery made every effort to have a technician come to our house the next day (Friday.) They removed the entire lock assembly quicky and without damaging the door! We installed a replacement lock assembly ourselves. We really appreciated this outstanding level of service and would use this provider again and highly recommend them to others!

I lost my keyring which contained my only mailbox key. I left a voicemail at 7:30am and my call was returned as soon as they opened. They were able to send someone out in about an hour to drill out the old lock, replace with a new lock, and provided 2 keys. John was my technician and he was very friendly and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

This was my 2nd try at getting my mailbox lock changed. A week after the first company changed the lock it no longer worked. I called Ken's and I got an appointment the same day, within an hour of calling. They fixed it properly and it has worked well since. Good, friendly and accurate service. Would use them again for any problems in this area.

HE ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY PLEASANT WHEN ASSISTING US AT THIS DISTRESSING TIME IN OUR VERY BUSY LIVES. WE NEEDED TO GET IN AND HE PICKED THE LOCK IN NO TIME.
