JNL Roofing and Remodelling

I had what seemed to be a simple one missing concrete roof tile that needed to be replaced but ended up being four slipped tiles. Regardless, JNL Roofing was the only qualified roofer who would take on this small job (all other firms suggested I call a handyman who I doubt would have been able to fully understand what it was they were dealing with they discovered the real situation. He arrived on time as promised and had fully addressed the small repair in less than 15 minutes at a price I felt was completely fair.

They’ll answer any questions I have and don’t pressure me at all. They’re very great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They’re very honest hardworking.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish.  I always got a live person each time I called, they always were prompt in following up on questions, and they showed up on time.  Within a couple of days of my first call, they had come out to my house, estimated the project and finished the repairs.  I was happy to have the repair wrapped up and off my to-do list so quickly.

Needed a roof leak repaired.  I called was told someone would contact me.  Waited a few days, called again, was told someone would contact me.  Never happened.  I went somewhere else but wasted my time waiting.  They might be good but I'll never know.

Never got back to me. What a waste of time.

They were the only ones I found who would actually do mobile home roofs. They did things when they said they would and charged what they said they would. They did a good job and the roof has never leaked since.

They were fine, they came right over and gave me an estimate. I didn't have the money at the time, so they put it off but said if it rains in the meantime they would tarp. They didn't leave a mess at all.
