Jeff's Window Cleaning

After Jeff said he was finished we pointed out numerous spots and even panes of glass that he missed. He got mad and said it was spending more time than he had planned (he priced the job per window). We told him we would pay more but needed the windows cleaned. In a huff he went over the still dirty windows. When he was almost finished we saw scratches on numerous windows. He said the scratches were already there. Half the windows were brand new and had film on them until the day before. We just wanted him to stop and leave so we paid him and told him to go. On closer inspection we?ve found many scratches and they are in the pattern of the scrapper he was using. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR! -and we have remodeled many buildings. If you value you?re property, do NOT use this guy!

I would definately refer him to my friends and neighbors.

Showed up on time, got right to work and was done before I knew it.

We have used Jeff''s service for five years. He does excellent work, is always on time, has fair prices, and is efficient and thorough. He "fired" us, however, because during his last job, we were listening to a talk radio show at our home and he must have had differences with whatever was on. When we next called him to schedule a job, he called back and left a voice mail saying he couldn't work for people who listened to that show. This was without talking with us about it or even knowing if we listened to all types of political radio and TV shows (which we do). Very unprofessional on his part to let politics interfere with business. He insulted us by doing this and what he did is very offensive to us. I wouldn't recommend Jeff to any homeowner, no matter what your political leaning are. Bad form on his part.

The price is really good. I feel like I would not do the work for the price he charges me. He is very quick with finishing and the quality of the work is excellent. He also had done my chandeliers in the past for me. He does tend to be a little busy so you have to schedule him about a week in advance.

IT'S AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. HE'S PUNCTUAL, HE DOES A GREAT JOB, AND THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT FOR THE WORK. THERE ARE A LOT OF WINDOWS IN THIS HOUSE, AND HE CLEANS EVERYTHING FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE.
