They were not able to solve my computer last time. I believe when I make my 1 800 phone call that I am calling another country. They pass me from person to person during the calls. I am not excited about that. When they ask if I want to renew my contract with them I do not plan to.  If they can not solve the problems with my computer this time, I will try to get my money back for the service. Overall I have not been satisfied with the services.
