Our office contact was with Brenda who gave us prompt estimates and contracts. She also scheduled the work.
Jerry the installer, was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. On every occasion he arrived promptly as scheduled. Installation work was completed on time with thorough clean up.
It was a pleasure to work with Brenda and Jerry. We would use them again.

Very well. HB Glass was very polite and professional, both over the phone and in person. We had a little miscommunication - we had arranged for him to come replace the glass at a certain time, and when I didn't respond to several calls he made prior to coming (I didn't have my phone with me at the time), he didn't make the trip. When I did call right before our arranged time, he bent over backwards to make it down here later in the day so we could still make it happen. And the work is great. I had a little sticker shock at first, but the glass had to be tempered (low to the floor), so the price did make sense.

A broken window can be dangerous at a school. Our old glass replacement company had disappeared. I checked with Angie's list and found Huntington Beach Glass and Mirror. I called them and the nice lady answering the phone set an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, did the job quickly without disturbing any children and was completed in 30 minutes. The cost was exactly the estimate. I don't wish for broken windows, but we will use them at our school every time!

It was great! I have used them before. I am happy with them. It was much more reasonable than other people. They are fast, very reasonable, and they have excellent quality so I recommend them. I like their cost, quality, and speed, and those make me keep using them. I used them in the past and I will use them again in the future.

They came on time and went to work immediately. They were able to get the glass off the walls with suction cups specially made for glass. They cut two pieces to make removal easier. They cleaned up the areas and were gone in about one hour.

2 weeks ago they came and put in the glass for the sides, but said he needed a special hinge because the walls were not straight. Apparently he had to order another piece of glass, as well as the special hinge. They came today and installed a proper frameless shower door for my mother's shower. They are meticulous in their work and I have used them for my son's bathroom. I would not hesitate to use him again, and again. This is a good company.

I broke a the glass while using a hedge trimmer. I called a few glass companies to get quotes. Unlike the other companies that I called, Huntington Beach Glass promptly came out to give me and estimate. The office staff is very organized and professional. The estimator and installer were on-time, professional and very personable. This is a very well run company and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and of course, all Angie's list members.

I have used Huntington Beach Glass for several years now. I always shop for price, value, and quality, but all you really can do is hope for the best until you get the final product and service. Huntington Beach Glass came out on top. Brian from Huntington Beach Glass is always prompt and knowledgeable. In the past he has replaced quite a few dual pane windows, several of which were skylight windows which were very difficult to access. In addition, he has replaced mirrors for us. In one instance, the silver on one of the corners of the back of a new mirror was slightly damaged. Brian never hesitated to have it replaced even though it had been installed. Recently, in our new home, a screen was not properly sized. When I called the office, I was advised that I would be charged for a new screen even though Huntington Beach Glass had taken the original measurements. Obviously I was not happy about that and was thinking that maybe I would have to start looking for a new glass/screen company; but, Brian came to the rescue and made sure that the screen was properly fitted and I was not charged. I have referred Huntington Beach Glass to my friends and also to our real estate agent to use as a referral.

Huntington Beach Glass was very professional. They first asked the dimensions of the door we needed and gave us a ball-park price. This was to save not only their time, but also ours. The price was good, so they came out to give us an actual bid. The price was as expected, no "up sales". They then ordered the door and installed it shortly thereafter. The staff in the office is super friendly. Would use them again for sure!

A very short story. They came out and measured, ordered the pane of glass and called me when it arrived . We scheduled a time for the installation and it was done at the scheduled time. All was done well and professionally. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
