I had 4 bids and educated myself thru the bidding process. By far Jeff (HRE) was the most upfront and honest, responsive and had the best pricing. They worked with me to get the specific unit I preferred, went out of their way to pick it up and actually had to go back because of an error on my part but, were super nice about it and didn't even charge me :) installation went very smoothly especially considering I have 4 kids, a dog and cat (that are always trying to escape)! The best part was there were no surprises Or extra charges! Overall I would highly recommend HRE and enjoyed working with Jeff and Jason!

We own a preschool in Huntington Beach. The Guys showed up on time, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Their bid came in significantly lower than other 3 companies and their work exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Jason and his fellow employee were able to come out within just a few hours of my call. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that we needed a new thermostat. Jason explained all the available options, and I chose to go with the wireless option. Jason and his co-worker installed the new model and helped me connect it through my phone. Their service was wonderful and I will definitely be using them again!

I called HRE during a heatwave in summer of 2016, as you can imagine so had everone else. HRE customer service was super friendly and we're able to squeeze me in their already tight schedule. From the moment they stepped foot in my home they were profesional and efficient, and received a quote in a timely matter. The best part of my experience is that they were able to do all the work, including new ducts within three days! In a blink of an eye we were sitting comfortable for the rest of the summer! Talk about being efficient! Not only have I enjoyed my AC, but the heater works like a charm! It's never too hot it's always just right.
