When it started they sent a girl out who showed me the cabinets that I could pick from and that was nice and great. I told them what I wanted done in the kitchen which included building another area to build some cabinets. They also had to remove the dishwasher that was in that space. What they did not do was figure in enough space for my silverware drawer so they left me with no silverware drawer. They came in and put two new drawers in and did not charge me; they did it for free. There also is an area on the granite countertop that did not get coating on it. The granite itself was very nice. They also sent me out to get brackets for the countertops and I feel like they should have done that. I also had to pay for them. We had a problem with their labor done after the first year warranty expired. They were issues with other work they did. I will never go see them again. They had to come back and re-do some work for us and it took them a long time to do it.
