 + -1 moreMy wife and I rented a unit on July 4th 2014. We lived there for a year. The apartments are finished with low grade materials. Paint comes off the balcony when it rains. Appliances break often. Plumbing is a disaster. Things fall apart within 1-2 months living on the unit. Arron the maintenance worker is the son of the owner. The only time he cares about fixing anything is when you turn in the keys so he can make a living by find an excuse not to return your deposit. They find many excuses to steal your money. Be very careful! This company has no respect for their tenants.
