Very straight forward and professional. Left the machine for routine cleaning and was told it would be 7 to 10 days. I was called on the 6th day and the machine was ready for pick-up.
Everything works as expected. I did have to take the machine back because the bobbin stuck to the winder after filling. The tech. found that the bobbin I was using was defective and there was nothing wrong with the machine. After returning home I check may bobbins and found one more that was defective.

I have been using this store for years. Bridget is wonderful about explaining everything that needs to be known. Their prices are reasonable and they always do a great job of repairing our vacuum. This last time it was due to an explosion of beer making stuff donated to the closet by our son. They cleaned the vacuum inside and out for a very good price quickly and it works very well again. I love this store.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PLEASANT AND POSITIVE. I ORDERED THE BLADES THAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED. AFTER I GOT THAT, IT DIDN'T WORK SO I RETURNED THEM. I TOLD THEM THAT THE PROBLEM WASN'T THE BLADE, AND THEY SAID "OH, WE CAN REPLACE THAT. WE CAN PUT A NEW BOTTOM IN IT." I GOT HOME AND TOOK IT OUT OF THE TRASH. I GOT A REFUND ON MY MONEY, BUT SHE TOLD ME A WAY OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM AND SAVING ALL OF THIS MONEY. IT WAS EXACTLY BACK ON TIME. THE RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WAS FINE.

ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION AND BEFORE THE DATE PROMISED. FICO'S CALLED WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. THE EMPLOYEES AT FICO'S WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THE COMPANY IS VERY PROMPT. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND COMPLETE THE JOB QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
