He never finished the job, and what he did do was of poor quality. For the sprinkler, instead of adding a spray sprinkler, he put in just a few drips that did not sufficiently water the plants. When he put in the lighting system, he wired it incorrectly, so it would overload the existing circuit, which made the plugs unusable because when I plugged in anything, it would trigger circuit breaker.
