I called EXCALIBUR, they said that they could be out in an hour. An hour later Tony showed up, he took a look at the problem fixed it and then proceeded to service the entire system. I also purchased an additional remote. Their service was fast, courteous and professional.   

Came up with a solution to a repair that other garage door repair service would not tackle. He went the extra mile. Would recommend him to anyone.

He was great and showed up within twenty minutes after I had waited for Mr. No Show. I called him at 5:15 pm at the beginning of Memorial weekend. Very grateful!!!

I was satisfied with the work they did on the repair. He has remained accessible if I had any questions or problems with the garage door opener.

Dave was excellent as he inspected our existing garage door. Pointed out some mistakes by the previously installer, and educated me on things to look out for before they break. I will definitely use them for any future garage service and repair requests.

I was in a panic when my garage door broke (my fault)! But, he were able to come within two hours (as promised) and took about another hour to fix and problem and check for any other issues.

Everything went great! They fixed the problem right away, lubricated all the hinges, and even repair the dent. I think the door works better now than it did before I broke it. Thanks to them I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday weekend. Awesome and very professional!!!

It went great, came out on the same day I called, came when he said he would come and gave my old door some TLC!

I have a role up garage door and the spring broke. Called the company on the phone during my lunch at work. The person on the phone gave me the price based on my garage door. He was able to come out to replace the springs that day. He told me it would take about an hour. I needed to get back to work that day for a meeting. He meet me at the house on time. He replaced the springs and found some other problems with the installation of the garage door opener. We agreed on the price and he fixed that problem as well. The total job was done in an hour and fifteen minutes, which left me with plenty of time to get back to the meeting I had to attend. The door now closes and opens smoothly which it didn't before. I'm not sure if that is due to the springs or the adjustments he made to the opener probably booth.

My Garage Door Opener broke.... from old age. I called Excalibur about 9:30 AM this morning. Spoke with Dave. The services was scheduled for between 12:00 - 3:00 PM. Dave arrived at 12:30. The services was completed very quickly. My new door opener is working perfectly. My opener was purchased by my son. My son attempted the install. He recommended going to Angie''s List, (already a customer),I selected Excalibur. They are located in Huntington Beach. Dave corrected the install and completed it. I now have a functioning door opener. Thanks Dave.

Service was rewuested for that day. My garage door wouldn't open at all. This was the only company out of four that I called that would send someone out asap. The repairman arrived within an hour of my call. He was all business. He immediately saw and corrected the problem. The bracket that attaches the screw assembly to the header above the garage door frame broke off and was replaced quicly. The repairman showed me the part and explained the cost before the repair. Reapir was complete in just a few minutes. The cost was $85.. This was probably competitive, but I didn't have time to compare estimates. It seemed a little high for so the little amount of time that it took to repair.

My experience was a good one. My door and opener hadn't been checked since installation many years ago. I received a door flyer advertising a 'tune-up' for $29.95 ( regular price $65). I phoned on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a technician to come out the next day. I was given a 2 hour time block and was phoned about 15 minutes before the tech arrived. Dave did what was on the list and gave me pointers on what to look for should something start going wrong. This company does everything - from installation of new openers to broken hinges to trapped cars. They are a 24 hour emergency service and should I need them, I will definitely use any service they provide.

I called Excalibur on Friday morning at about 8 AM, January 30th (the last business day of the year). Louis arrived the same morning, within the two-hour window that was identified to me over the phone. There was a little discrepancy in the price I was quoted over the phone because I specified that I had an uninsulated door, but in reality, I had an semi-insulted door (who knew). Louis skillfully completed the job of installing the new spring in about 20 minutes, and we were back in business!

DAVE CAME OUT ASAP THAT MORNING AND ACCESSED THE SITUATION. I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE SPRINGS AND HAVE THE DOOR LUBED AND TUNED. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS COMPANY AGAIN.

EXCALIBUR'S APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. EXCALIBUR GAVE THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WAY TO REPAIR DOOR. VERY PLEASED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAIN.
