Working with Eric Gausepohl- Summit Lending has been the best experience a new home buyer could ask for. Stress-Free. easier than buying a car. Having absolutely no knowledge of the home buying experience, what to expect, needed the documents that would be needed, paystubs, etc. Eric Gaussepohl is a dedicated, hard-working, honest, man with integrity, someone who loves his job no matter how stressful it might seem. His passion for what he does for each individual client always being there and most IMPORTANTLY COMMUNICATION. Eric will give you an education in homebuying whether you're a first-timer a returning client you will learn something.
