Overall it was fine. I think he does a lot of contract work, so he is very busy, so sometimes it’s hard to get him to your house right away, but once he is here, he is professional and does a great job. My laundry closet (made for a stackable washer & driver) would have been the perfect fit for decent sized stackable units. However, right in the middle of the back wall, about chest-high, is the gas line valve sticking out about four inches. This reduced the depth of the space in which I could install a washer/dryer. I would have to buy very small capacity units because of the lack of depth. So, I had EPCO Plumbing come out and move the valve. Eric (the owner) gave me a couple of options (along with a couple of prices). I choose the option that I felt comfortable with and the valve was moved, adding an additional 2-1/4" in the depth. Now I can go and buy a larger capacity unit that fits in the space.
I also had Eric check the kitchen sink because it had no hot water from the fixture, although hot water flowed in the bathroom sinks. He checked the lines under the sink, checked the hot water heater, and then turned off the flow of water out of the heater. Back at the kitchen sink, the water continued to flow (albeit, not hot) even though it was turned to the hot water position. The bathroom hot water stopped flowing (as expected). To further pinpoint the issue, Eric's troubleshooting skills eliminated the valve under the sink and determined the facet to be at fault, since he had hot water coming out of the undersink valve (to which he connected a temporary hose to check for hot water).
Thanks, EPCO!

Epco Plumbing's crew was very good at cleaning up afterwards and doing everything on time. They were very professional and were here when they said they would. Even though the price was pretty high for the work that they performed.
